2nd Worst for Threat Value - Merry (Tactics)

We have nearly made it to the bottom of the Hero Threat Value list, but before we get to the poor Hero sitting there, the Tactics version of Merry is sitting just above them. Merry is a Tactics Hero found in the Black Riders Saga expansion. His Threat Value is 83%.

The Hobbit Heroes found in the Black Riders expansion make a wonderful team, and Merry is no exception. He is another example (and the last in this list) of a Hero that can boost his stats with the help of other cards. Specifically, his Attack value is increased by one for each Hobbit Hero you control. It is important to note that before you include a single other Hobbit Hero on your team, Merry's attack is already increased by one from his power because he counts himself!

So the values that go into our formula should actually have an Attack value of one. This raises his Threat Value to 100%! Merry is worth your money after all. With other Hobbits on your team, he can be even greater value. It is worth mentioning that if you don't want to include other Hobbits, however, Merry should still be considered. With a Threat Cost of only six and a Willpower of two, he is surprisingly strong in areas that other Tactics Heroes usually suffer in. For a mono-Tactics Hero team, he would be always be a good addition.
