7th Worst for Threat Value - Elladan

The Hero with the seventh worst Threat Value is the son of Elrond, Elladan. He is a Tactics Hero found in the Road to Rivendell adventure pack from the Khazad-Dum expansions cycle. His Threat Value is 90%.

Elladan has printed stats that our calculation believes to not be worth his printed Threat Cost of ten. However, I think it rare that this Hero will ever be in play without his brother Elrohir at the start of a game, because while Elrohir is in play Elladan will have three Attack instead of only one. If we put this modification into our formula, Elladan's new Threat Value is 110%.

So Elladan might not be a bad addition to your Hero team after all, but this stat boost is dependent on another card being present. You might choose to avoid the sons of Elrond if you were going to enter a game where it seems likely that a Hero may die or be taken out of the game in some other way.
